Lady Bee – Bang Bang the Bully

In a mostly male dominated industry its great to see some ladies out there holding down the fort. Today we introduce to you the productions and remixes of Lady Bee. Hailing from Amsterdam this trap goddess has been MCing and DJing for some time now.  Acquiring some turn tables back in 2002 Lady has been honing her skills and dominating the Amsterdam scene ever since.  Today we bring you her latest original track Bang Bang the Bully.  With a nice old school intro courtesey of Nancy Sinatra we are drawn in only to be flipped into a fury of epic trap. Check out this song now and be sure to show this lady some love on her social media pages.

The Chainsmoker’s Wanna See Your #selfie

In preparation for their debut at the world famous Liv Night Club in Miami the Chainsmokers tossed together an all around amazing electro house track entitled #selfie that includes all the elements necessary to light the club up. As we have come to love the Smokers over here at MMIBTY we have come to expect two things from these guys, great remixes, and massive drops. Although this song is a Chainsmokers original, their creative use of vocals in this track as a female goes on and on regarding her next Instagram post is nothing short of hilarious. With that said we are stoked to see the Smokers coming out with some original productions and this drop is something else let me tell you. So go grab a cigarette and turn this one up, with a build that starts almost immediately this track is sure to leave us all out of breath.

Kill the Noise – Saturn (GTA Remix)

Kill the Noise?  Awesome.  GTA?  Awesome.  GTA Remixing a Kill the Noise song?  My mind cannot handle that much awesomeness!  Yesterday when this song popped up on my Soundcloud feed, I instantly clicked the play button, and I waited to hear what GTA was about to amaze me with this time.   As soon as the electro-house beat kicked in I knew this track would be a banger.  The remix stays true to the original vocals and melody leading up to the drops.  The drops were different from the drops in the original mix, and I loved how GTA used their unique style to put a nice spin on the track.  I’m a big fan of Kill the Noise, and I think the original mix of Saturn is a great song.  But honestly I have to say that I love GTA’s remix of Saturn more.  This remix is scheduled to officially be released on OWSLA September 3rd with the other remixes of Saturn.

GTA is one of those artists that I see exploding in popularity this upcoming year; their original releases and remixes have been quickly been invading the sets of djs across the world.  They have also been collaborating with some huge names in the business like Diplo, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, and A-Trak.  They recently released their remix of Atmosphere by Kaskade, which has been a huge hit across clubs and festivals worldwide.  GTA is slowly becoming one of my favorite artists because everything they touch seems to turn to gold.  Their remix of Saturn by Kill the Noise is no different.  For now listen to it on Kill the Noise’s Soundcloud, and keep an eye out for the official release on September 3rd!  Hopefully we will be seeing more releases from GTA in the near future!

Valentino Khan – Cavepaint

I’m always excited when Valentino Khan comes out with a new track because his tracks are always unique; you never know what to expect from him. Yesterday he dropped his new song titled Cavepaint. The track first debuted in a mix that Khan did for Diplo & Friends on BBC Radio in March. After waiting four months for Cavepaint to be released, his fans will not disappointed with this new banger. Cavepaint definitely shows his flawless ability to continually produce great songs over a wide range of genres. Valentino Khan started out making moombahton and electro-house tunes, but recently he has gained popularity from his trap tunes. It’s great to see Khan take a step away from trap, and Cavepaint confirms that he can still produce great electro-house bangers.

In the past Valentino Khan has remixed his own tracks by putting a completely different spin on them. Yesterday he also released his Trap VIP remix of Cavepaint. The Trap VIP Remix of Cavepaint is great too, especially if you like your daily dose of trap.  Khan is kind enough to release these two songs as free downloads on his Soundcloud. Release your inner cave-man or cave-woman by listening to and downloading Cavepaint!

Just in Time for July 4th… The King Douche Mix

So we like to have fun here at MMIBTY.

My very good friend Tommy Stirling requested I make him a personalized mix that he can go about his daily business to. Tommy’s daily business isn’t in line with your average jabroni. In fact, Tommy is a king. He is a king of many things. He inspired me to make this mix and I applaud him for pushing me to make it a high-impact treat for all our fans.

And, by the way, if you want a website designed check out www.stboston.com/

I spent a lot of time on this mix and I’m happy with the outcome. Let me know what you think! *track list after jump*

Jackal’s ‘Shakedown’ + LOUDPVCK remix (FREE DL)

First off, holy sh*t. Seriously. This guy sure knows how to mix some good ass Moombah with Trap and the LOUDPVCK guys definitely know how to compliment it perfectly as well. UK producer, Jackal, brings us this original mix of crazy reggae vibes with some heavy 808s called, ‘Shakedown’ and it will surely make you do just that. I’ve been craving some good Moombahton for a while now and this was such a treat to find. It may have been released about a month ago but recently surfaced my radar because of the live EDC sets that have been coming about lately . 12th Planet dropped LOUDPVCK’s remix during his set so when I heard it – became straight up obsessed. The original, at 85 BPM, is a chill summer beat with cool reggae vocals but the remix is straight fire at about 152 BPM with more bouncy feels. Not only are these some great songs, but are up for free downloads as well. Simply support the artists by liking their Facebook pages. Shake down!
