If you weren’t in Beantown on Friday, you missed a huuuuge show at House of Blues. As it was my first time seeing Tritonal live, I had expected a mellow, harmonic and trance-y vibe. But the duo brought the heat early on with some massive, energetic takes on tracks like “Anchor” and “Now or Never,” and even worked in Adele‘s new “Hello” track with some pretty impressive visuals (although, I was hoping Christina Soto would make a surprise guest appearance…). Their energy was only surpassed by the Cash Cash duo, who swooped in to end the evening with a bumping 90 minute set that had the crowd bouncing with tracks like “Surrender” and “Take Me Home.” I can almost guarantee there was a sea of sore calves when the doors closed!
