Hot off the presses, Lazerdisk brings us a tasteful remix of Party Supplies’ “Beautiful Girls”. If you don’t know Lazerdisk, they are the duo from the Green Mountains of Vermont formerly known as Lazerdisk Party Sex. After a recent change in direction and approach to production and style, the group has donned a more mature outlook and feel.
Today I can give you an example of their new direction with this remix of “Beautiful Girls”. Certainly something off of the growing indie-electronic-pop genre, this song stays true to the base layer of the original, but adding in a nice chill garnishing of Lazerdisk touch.
