Oxtavius Magical Goodybag 002

vested
The first trick out of the Oxtavius magical goodybag [OMG002] today is a free track from Darius Syrossian called “Have Some Of This.” It’s got that sort of rugged, bumpy house sound Darius is known for and will have you tearing the club up in no time. Keep an eye on his Soundcloud & Facebook for updates on his new releases and residencies at Sankeys Ibiza every Thursday as part of Tribal Sessions and at Sankeys Manchester the first Friday of each month.

Next up is a jazzy little tech house number called “Take 5” by DJ/Producer/Remixer HouseWork. This guy’s all over Chicago already so be sure to like his Facebook page and follow him on Soundcloud.

Third out of the bag is a remix from Denver-based duo Need & Necessity that gives Tiga & Audion’s “Let’s Go Dancing” a new groove of the deep house variety. Hit them up on Facebook (where they’ve just reached the thousand fan milestone) and of course on Soundcloud for new releases.

Two weeks ago, a brand called Vested held their company launch party at Spybar and brought in Berlin-based House DJ & Producer Martin Roth. The music was prime and I even got a free pair of Vested emblazoned Downbeats earplugs just for showing up, so we’re passing along to you today not only Martin Roth’s two hour set, but also an hour set from Spybar regular Bisharat on the same night. We figured you’d only crave more after all that goodness, which is why we’ve included a dark, deep, and “sleazy” remix of Funkerman’s “Speed Up” by Bisharat to top things off.

Last but not least is a recording of a dub techno set from New Yorker Pablo Romero when he opened for Gary Beck at Cielo in October. Follow him on Soundcloud and Twitter or throw his Facebook page a like so you can catch one of his sets in the flesh!
