I’ve been a big fan of Bro Safari for a while now, and I’ve noticed that he consistently cranks out great moombahton and trap tunes. For me personally a trap song is either hit or miss, but Bro Safari and UFO!’s trap remix of Hold Up by MAKJ is definitely a home-run. I instantly fell in love with the track upon listening to it for the first time. The remix relies heavily on the original melody, but the two slow down the tempo and put their own trap twist on the tune. Also, the track seems to have a chill vibe which is a refreshing change from most trap music. This is the first collab release from the two artists since their ‘Animal’ LP, which you can download for free on Soundcloud.
Bro Safari is quickly establishing a big name for himself; this year he played at Ultra Music Festival in Miami for his first time, and he’s going to be playing at the highly anticipated Tomorrow World this September. He has also just announced his Animal House Tour with support from Torro Torro, ETC! ETC!, and CRNKN. The tour hits 28 cities this fall, and with a stacked lineup you won’t want to miss it!
