Last week the remix package for the Bingo Players‘ track “Out of My Mind” dropped and it features three new takes on the original (see below), featuring Dada Life, Case & Point, and Caveat. I always find it interesting to hear fresh takes on big anthems – I’m thinking of tracks like Zedd’s “Spectrum” and R3hab & Swanky Tunes’ “Sending My Love”. Since the Bingo Players hold their work to such high standards, it’s no surprise that all three remixes are extremely well-done. What may be a surprise, however, is that I like Dada Life’s version the least. It certainly goes hard but I don’t think it steps outside the creative box. The Caveat remix is another Electro-House take on the original and I found myself loving that one from a four-on-the-floor perspective. Want to hear the biggest surprise of them all? I liked Case & Point’s remix the best. The Boston duo took “Out of My Mind” and turned it into an epic Dubstep banger that reminded me of Nero in their prime. Make sure to support the artists and show them some love for their productions!
