Some may say that the dynamic duo of Flosstradamus paved the way for the trap phenomenon, and I would have to agree. Seeing the likes of Tiesto drop trap on the main stage at Ultra Music Festival last weekend definitely proves that it is the hottest genre in electronic dance music at the moment. This weekend, the UMF Radio stage at Ultra is being transformed into a twelve hour trap marathon with Dillon Francis and Flosstradamus headlining the stage on Saturday night. After playing to thousands of of bikini clad girls this weekend, the boys will throw the hoodies back on and head there way up the east coast as New Englanders prepare for a weekend long trap invasion.

Having caught these guys before in small settings I couldn’t be more excited to see them return to these size venues. Catching them during A-Trak‘s House Party Tour last year was the most intimate, and high energy show I’ve been to in a long time. There’s something about trap music that makes you want to be in a low lit, sweaty venue packed full of other #hoodieboys. Yes, we highly suggest you wear a hoodie to this event and give those elbows a stretch before attending the show. As warm up, catch them on UMFTV this Saturday as you sit at home and try and not freeze. Hope to see you all out there!
