Wick-it the Instigator wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas so he threw together this little holiday inspired theme mix of tracks that are sure to get your ugly sweater party jumping. Wick-it samples classic tracks like Rudolph the Rednose Reindeer, and with a little help from a few friends he really brings this holiday classic to a whole new level. DMX, Run DMC, ODB, Jay-Z and James Brown also make guest performances along with the kid who shot his eye out in The Christmas Story. I am not suggesting you toss this on the family sound system in front of the fireplace tonight by any means, Wick-it will still give your grandmother a heart-attack with his intricate beats and hip-hop samples. So although this one might not fly at my mothers house on Christmas eve, this is a new era of christmas music for the EDM generation and I couldn’t be happier to have something other then “Eric Clapton’s Christmas” to serenade me through the holidays.
