A Few Weekend Tunes by Tommy Trash, Felix Cartal, and Nicky Romero & Calvin Harris

Still reveling in Electric Zoo 2012 and unforgettable sets by guys like Tommy Trash, I figured I’d take this opportunity to post a few tracks that will surely get your weekends started the right way. The first one comes to us from Trash himself and it’s a bootleg he’s been playing on tour as well as his most recent podcast, Trashed Episode 002: “Sending My Flashback”. This is a mashup of  Calvin Harris‘ “Flashback” and Tommy Trash’s remix of “Sending My Love” by Swanky Tunes and R3hab. Tommy released it yesterday and it’s pretty awesome.

Next up is a track that our co-founder bhanna was glad I didn’t post when it dropped on Monday, but after listening to it several times I can’t avoid it: Nicky Romero & Calvin Harris’ “Iron”. Yeah, two Calvin Harris tracks in a row… he’s a pretty big deal I think it’s allowed. Nicky Romero dropped this bomb at EZoo and even made a wrap-up video surrounding it. I like it and I think you will too. (Right-Click “Save As”)

Lastly is a remix by a man who goes by the name Felix Cartal and the track is “Tornado” by Steve Aoki & Tiesto. Felix Cartal is very underrated in my opinion and I’ve seen him kill sets live a few times. And to our Boston readers out there, guess what: he’s coming to the House of Blues on Monday with the Life in Color Tour – I highly recommend you check him out. Tornado was dropped last year, but the remix package just came out a few days ago and features work by Angger Dimas and Kill the Noise in addition to Felix Cartal (whose version is my favorite). Crank it! (Right-Click “Save As”)
